Gophers linebacker Cody Poock is doubtful to play Saturday against Nebraska at TCF Bank Stadium, while cornerback Briean Boddy-Calhoun is expected back.

Poock, who has an unspecified injury, is the Gophers leading tackler with 31 solo tackles and 14 assisted tackles for a total of 45. The sophomore junior-cllege transfer had a rib injury earlier this year.

Everett Williams is listed as the backup middle linebacker, so he could see extensive time or the Gophers could play more nickel package with two linebackers -- mainly Jack Lynn and De'Vondre Campbell.

Campbell dressed but didn't take reps during pregame warmups. Poock had a compression sleeve on his right leg.

B0ddy-Calhoun missed the opening two Big Ten games with a knee injury suffered in the 27-24 win over Ohio on Sept. 26. Jalen Myrick filled in and had two interceptions last week in the 41-13 win over Purdue.

Also, running back Shannon Brooks is banged up, but practiced this week and is expected to play. Brooks won the co-freshman of the week honors for his 176-yard, one-touchdown performance against the Boilermakers.
